Eligibility
Applicants must meet all the following criteria:
Household
A) Applicant
- Malaysian Citizen (MyKad) residing in Malaysia only
- Men or women who are the head of the family living in the same house and working in Malaysia with a total gross monthly household income of RM4,000 and below
- No criminal records
- Submit complete documents
- Must attend skills training/course provided by YS
B) Spouse
- Malaysian citizen (MyKad) or have Malaysian identity (MyPR / MyKAS)
- Non-Malaysian Citizen (Other than the introduction of (MyPR/MyKAS)
C) Children
- Must be biological or adopted children registered with the National Registration Department (JPN) only
- Malaysian citizen and has Malaysian identity (MyKad / MyKid) only
- Not working / no source of income
- Age limit:
>17 years and under
>18 years and above for full time students in Public/Private Educational Institutions
Single
A) Applicant
- Malaysian citizen (MyKad) residing in Malaysia only
- Total gross monthly income of RM2,500 and below
- Male and female aged:
>21 years to 59 years
>18 to 59 years for the OKU category
